AS Roma has entered the fray for Brazilian striker Endrick amid uncertainty surrounding his future at Real Madrid, according to Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo."

Endrick, 19, has returned to Real Madrid following the end of his loan spell at Olympique Lyon, setting his sights on continuing with the team and competing for a place in the starting lineup, or at least securing more playing minutes than he received under Xabi Alonso.

According to the report, the future of the Brazilian forward will be determined after coach José Mourinho makes his decision between Endrick and Gonzalo to be the primary backup for Kylian Mbappé, with the possibility of also utilizing the Brazilian player in the right winger position.

The newspaper added that Roma is closely following Endrick's situation and is considering him as an option to bolster their attacking line during the summer transfer window, amid interest from several clubs in securing his services.

The report clarified that the Italian club is not thinking about signing the player permanently, but rather prefers to acquire him on loan if the opportunity to finalize the deal arises.

Real Madrid's decision regarding Endrick's future is tied to the needs of the coaching staff for the new season. Meanwhile, Roma is monitoring the player's situation, hoping to seize any opportunity to sign him during the current transfer window.
