Al Ahly SC has officially announced the details of the friendly match schedule that the team will undertake in preparation for the new season.
Al Ahly has announced in its statement that they will play two friendly matches against Al Nasr and Laviina, with the first match against Al Nasr scheduled for next Thursday, July 23.
The club stated in its announcement: "The first football team will play two friendly matches in the initial stages of preparation for the new season."
He added: "Al Ahly is scheduled to play their first friendly against Al Nasr next Thursday, July 23, while the second friendly will be against Laviina on July 30."
The match against Al Nasr will mark the first appearance of Moroccan coach Hussein Ammouta, the new head coach of Al Ahly, following his official introduction at a recent press conference held by the club.
