Bayern Munich has altered its plans regarding the future of South Korean defender Kim Min-jae, as the player is no longer expected to leave during the current summer transfer window, having previously been listed among those likely to depart.
According to journalist Florian Plettenberg via Sky Sport Germany, the only exception that could change this stance would be an extraordinary offer that Kim himself wishes to accept. However, at present, Bayern's management plans to retain him in the squad.
The report also indicated that Kim Min-jae had no intentions of leaving the club this summer, preferring to continue with the Bavarian giants, especially with a contract that runs until the summer of 2028.
Thus, Bayern Munich is set to rely on the Korean defender for the upcoming season, barring any unexpected developments in the transfer market over the coming weeks.
