Italian club Como has made an improved offer to Chelsea to sign English defender Trevoh Chalobah during the current summer transfer window, as they look to strengthen their backline ahead of the new season.
The offer includes a fixed amount of €25 million, along with €5 million in easily achievable incentives, bringing the total value of the deal to around €30 million, almost guaranteed.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Chalobah has shown a clear desire to move to Como, which could facilitate negotiations between the two clubs in the coming days.
Discussions are still ongoing between Chelsea and Como to reach a final agreement regarding the deal, with optimism about finalizing it if the last details are agreed upon.
