Renowned Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the transfer of winger Anan Khalaila to Inter Milan has officially collapsed, as medical examinations prevented the completion of his move to the Italian club.

Romano explained that Inter had reached a full agreement with Union Saint-Gilloise regarding the player's transfer, and all personal terms were settled between the parties, with only final procedures and the medical examination remaining.

He added that the medical test results did not receive the required approval according to the medical regulations in Italy, leading to the deal being halted and canceled permanently before any official announcement.

Neither Romano nor either party has disclosed the nature of the medical issue that caused Khalaila's transfer to Inter Milan to fail, and no official statement has been released by either the Italian club or Union Saint-Gilloise providing additional details on the matter.
