Al Ahly has officially announced the signing of Moroccan Sofiane Ben Jdida for three seasons, arriving from FUS Rabat.
Dr. Essam Siraj, head of contracts at Al Ahly, has traveled to Morocco and completed all financial and administrative procedures, in coordination with Captain Wael Gomaa, the club's director of football.
Al Ahly thanked the officials of Wydad Casablanca, led by Omar Benis, for the cooperation shown by the Moroccan club in completing the transfer deal, noting that this collaboration comes within the framework of the good relationship that the Red Club shares with Moroccan clubs.
Ben Jdida was crowned the top scorer of the Moroccan league last season, leading his team, Wydad Casablanca, to the league title. The Moroccan striker managed to score 20 goals throughout the season.
