Saudi club Al Hilal has entered the race to sign French midfielder Manu Kone, having begun direct communications with Roma to explore the possibility of acquiring him during the summer transfer window, amid growing interest from Manchester United and several other European clubs.

According to "Football Italia", Koulibaly has significantly raised his profile after his performances with the French national team in the 2026 World Cup, alongside his standout season with Roma, where he helped the team qualify for the Champions League, making him a target for several prominent clubs.

The report indicates that Manchester United has already held official discussions with Roma about signing the French midfielder, who is valued at around €60 million, and is also attracting interest from Arsenal and Atletico Madrid.

The source added that Al Hilal, led by coach Simone Inzaghi, has been in direct communication with Roma's management to inquire about Kone's situation and the possibility of reaching an agreement during the current transfer window.

Despite Al Hilal's interest, the report confirmed that the player prefers a move to the Premier League, but he has not ruled out a new experience in either La Liga or the Saudi Pro League if the right offer comes in.

Roma continues to study offers and the increasing interest in Kone's services, as competition appears to be open among several clubs to secure the future of the French midfielder during the summer transfer window.
