It seems that Gabonese striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is on the brink of embarking on a new experience in Spanish football, as Deportivo La Coruña has reached an agreement to sign him during the summer transfer window.
According to journalist Santi Ona, Aubameyang will sign with Deportivo La Coruña in a deal worth €1.5 million that the Spanish club will pay to Olympique Marseille for the services of the Gabonese striker.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang returned to Olympique Marseille in the summer of 2025, but his future with the French club has come into question during the current transfer window, amid interest from several European clubs.
If the deal is officially completed, Aubameyang will return to the Spanish league after his previous stint with Barcelona, starting a new chapter in his career with Deportivo La Coruña.
