Arsenal is nearing official steps to sign Greek winger Christos Tzolis, currently at Club Brugge, during this summer transfer window, after the player expressed a clear desire to wear the London club's jersey.

Fabrizio Romano stated via his official account on X that Tzolis has rejected any approach from other clubs that have contacted his representatives, as he is committed to a move to Arsenal and is not considering any other options at this time.

Romano added that official talks between Arsenal and Club Brugge will begin soon, as the English club has settled on the player as the ideal option to replace Leandro Trossard.

Christos Tzolis is 24 years old and is contracted to Club Brugge until the summer of 2029, which means that any agreement will require reaching an understanding with the Belgian club regarding the value of the deal.

Arsenal continues its moves to bolster its squad ahead of the new season, while developments in negotiations with Club Brugge regarding the future of the Greek international are expected in the coming days.
